Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Since our products are perishable (food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered — except under the limited condition described below.
Only returnable if spoiled or damaged on delivery.
If your sweets arrive spoiled, damaged, contaminated or otherwise unfit for consumption, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please send clear photographs of the product, packaging, and invoice/order confirmation to our support email / WhatsApp / contact channel.
We will then evaluate the claim. If accepted, we may — at our discretion — offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.
No returns or refunds for change of mind. We do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds if the request is made just because of a change of mind, dissatisfaction in taste (once consumed), or after the 24-hour window.
Packaging pleas e-check. In the rare case that the packaging is visibly tampered with or damaged on delivery, please do not accept the package, and inform us immediately.
Exceptions & Company discretion. All claims will be reviewed individually and refunded or replaced only if approved by our quality inspection team.
